Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement in-store merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales conversion
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends to optimize product placement and assortment
- Train retail staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and promotional goals
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of marketing materials and display fixtures
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend stock adjustments based on performance metrics
- Create compelling window displays and in-store presentations that highlight product benefits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Retail Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual display
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in merchandising software (e.g., Planogram, Retail Pro) and MS Office Suite
- Creative mindset with keen eye for aesthetics and design principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer preferences in Indonesia
