Optik Tunggal, a leader in premium eyewear and vision care, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Merchandising Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our high standards of product presentation, ensuring that our retail outlets remain visually appealing and fully stocked to meet the needs of our discerning customers.
As a Merchandiser, you will bridge the gap between inventory management and store aesthetics. You will work closely with store managers and our supply chain team to ensure accurate stock levels, optimal shelf placement, and the implementation of promotional displays that drive sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute attractive visual merchandising displays to increase product visibility and store appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels across various retail branches and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Ensure that all product placements comply with corporate brand guidelines and safety standards.
- Analyze sales performance data to recommend product stocking adjustments and promotional focus areas.
- Manage regular stock takes and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with store teams to set up seasonal campaigns and new product launches effectively.
- Maintain clear records of merchandising activities and provide periodic reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (Business, Management, or Marketing preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail merchandising or stock management.
- Proven track record of successfully handling retail store inventory and display management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) for inventory reporting.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving operational bottlenecks.
