Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate sell-through forecasts to determine optimal sell-in requirements.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end buying process, ensuring product availability matches seasonal demand.
- Monitor inventory levels across retail channels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align merchandising strategies with broader company marketing campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on product performance, margin analysis, and stock turnover rates.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and product quality adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, inventory planning, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume product assortments and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
