Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain visually appealing product displays in retail locations to maximize sales impact
- Operate Class 3 vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently between warehouse and client sites
- Manage inventory levels at store locations, ensuring optimal stock availability and freshness
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, promotional effectiveness, and competitor activities
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure merchandising standards are met
- Report on market trends, customer preferences, and operational challenges to the management team
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 driving license with clean driving record
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or visual display setup
- Ability to lift heavy merchandise (up to 25kg) and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Proactive problem-solving approach for display and delivery challenges
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling warehouse environments
