Join the dynamic team at Asia United Bank as a Merchant Acquisition Specialist! We are looking for a results-driven individual to expand our merchant portfolio and drive our digital payment initiatives. In this role, you will be the face of AUB, engaging with business owners to introduce our suite of financial solutions, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, QR codes, and loan products. Your expertise in sales and customer relationship management will be key in fostering long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and acquire new merchant clients for the bank's products and services.
- Promote and sell Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals, QR payment solutions, and other digital banking products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitor activities in the Ortigas area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and installation of merchant services.
- Resolve merchant inquiries and provide technical or financial advice to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with banking products, financial services, or POS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (often required for field sales).
