Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Area Manager in executing business development strategies for merchant acquiring services.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits and product demonstrations to potential and current merchant partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, territory performance reviews, and market analysis for management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of new merchant accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in banking, fintech, or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing, POS terminals, and merchant acquiring business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
  • High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory in Metro Manila as required.
