Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete end-to-end onboarding process for new SPX Express merchants.
- Analyze onboarding data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Compliance) to resolve onboarding blockers.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for merchant onboarding.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure merchant information accuracy and compliance.
- Present regular performance reports and process recommendations to stakeholders.
- Train internal teams on updated onboarding protocols and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in merchant onboarding, customer success, or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process optimization and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
