Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular on-site merchant visits to ensure operational compliance and platform utilization
- Deliver comprehensive training and education on platform features and best practices
- Monitor daily merchant operations and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement solutions for operational challenges faced by merchants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated merchant issues
- Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions and operational data
- Analyze merchant performance trends to provide actionable insights for business growth
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in merchant relations, operations, or retail support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot operational issues
- Resident of Yogyakarta or willing to relocate
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or retail operations preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
