We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Partnership Specialist to join Mid Solutions Nusantara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the footprint of Mekari Flex, Indonesia's leading financial management software, by building and nurturing relationships with key business partners and merchants. You will act as the bridge between our product and the market, ensuring seamless integration and driving adoption across the region.
Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing. You will leverage your commercial acumen to understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value that accelerates business performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding and integration process for Mekari Flex, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key merchant stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for their financial software needs.
- Collaborate with internal Sales and Product teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell partnership packages to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market feedback and competitor activities to provide insights that help improve our partnership offerings.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to represent Mid Solutions Nusantara.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving partnership growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or financial management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
