Skyro is seeking a highly motivated Merchant Partnership Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our merchant ecosystem, focusing on acquiring new Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and building lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while driving revenue growth through strategic relationship management. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchant partners within the SME sector.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to resolve partner issues.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Skyro at industry events and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or partnership development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
