Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with merchants in Banjarmasin and surrounding areas
- Act as primary point of contact for merchant inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing support
- Conduct regular merchant visits to understand business needs and service requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and ensure service excellence
- Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell Indodana's financial products
- Monitor merchant satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Prepare monthly reports on merchant engagement and portfolio performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer relations, or merchant management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with local business community
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs in sales or customer satisfaction metrics
- Familiarity with Banjarmasin's SME landscape and commercial ecosystem
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
