Join Dwi Cermat Indonesia as a Merchant Relation Officer in Palu and become a key driver of our merchant ecosystem success. In this dynamic role, you'll foster strong relationships with offline SME merchants utilizing our innovative Merchant Apps, driving adoption and maximizing platform utilization. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets within your designated territory through strategic merchant engagement and personalized support. Beyond relationship management, you'll conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower merchants with digital payment solutions, troubleshoot operational challenges, and identify growth opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual passionate about empowering small businesses and contributing to Indonesia's digital transformation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and nurture relationships with offline SME merchants using Merchant Apps
- Drive sales target achievement within assigned geographical area
- Conduct merchant training sessions for app utilization and digital payment solutions
- Monitor merchant performance and provide ongoing operational support
- Identify new merchant acquisition opportunities and network expansion strategies
- Resolve merchant inquiries and technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant experience
- Prepare regular reports on merchant activities and market insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in sales, customer relations, or merchant management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops preferred
- Proficiency in digital payment systems and mobile applications
- Result-oriented mindset with proven sales target achievement
- Resident of Palu or willingness to relocate to the area
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
