Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key merchants across Tangerang and surrounding areas
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Indodana's merchant network
- Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure alignment with merchant needs
- Resolve merchant inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless merchant onboarding
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports and merchant satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, merchant relations, or customer success
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Tangerang/Banten's local market dynamics
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
