- Manage and expand merchant portfolio through proactive relationship building and needs assessment
- Analyze transaction statements to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Develop customized financial solutions to improve merchant payment processing efficiency
- Conduct regular merchant training on statement interpretation and financial tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex merchant inquiries and service issues
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for key accounts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in merchant services, banking, or financial sales
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and payment processing systems
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record in sales or account management
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Professional certification in merchant services or payments is advantageous
