Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality customer support and resolve inquiries for Japanese-speaking merchants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between the local team and Tokyo Headquarters, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
  • Manage the full merchant lifecycle, including onboarding, account management, and ongoing relationship building.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and feedback to identify trends and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Handle escalated issues and complex queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Assist in the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer service operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or merchant services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of business operations and merchant engagement best practices is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
