We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to identify and onboard new small and medium-sized enterprises (UMKMs) for our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) payment solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our merchant network across Situbondo and surrounding areas. You'll engage with local business owners, understand their payment processing needs, and present our EDC solutions as the answer to their operational challenges. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive the adoption of our payment systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new UMKM (small and medium-sized enterprises) for EDC payment system installation
- Conduct market research to understand local business needs and opportunities
- Present EDC solutions to potential clients and demonstrate value proposition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Complete the sales process from initial contact to contract signing and installation
- Provide ongoing support to ensure merchant satisfaction and system adoption
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Report on sales activities and market trends to management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical payment solutions to non-technical clients
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Situbondo and surrounding areas
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
