Staffinc Group is currently seeking a motivated Merchant Success Executive to join our expanding team in Alor, Nusa Tenggara Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the digitization of local businesses by spearheading the acquisition and installation of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems for UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises).
As a Merchant Success Executive, you will be the face of Staffinc Group, building strong relationships with local merchants and helping them streamline their payment processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential UMKM merchants within the Alor region.
- Conduct direct field sales visits to onboard new merchants to our EDC payment ecosystem.
- Perform professional installations and technical demonstrations of EDC devices.
- Provide comprehensive training to merchants on terminal operations and basic troubleshooting.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales and installation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and pipeline status in the company CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field sales, trade marketing, or retail operations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business owners.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within the Alor area.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Strong target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in local language and understanding of local market dynamics.
