Staffinc Group is seeking a dynamic Merchant Success Executive to drive our payment solutions expansion in Klungkung. In this pivotal role, you'll identify and onboard new merchants (UMKM) for EDC machine installations while building lasting partnerships. You'll educate merchants on payment technologies, ensure seamless implementation, and optimize transaction processes for local businesses. This position combines sales expertise with relationship management to empower Bali's growing entrepreneurial ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard new UMKM merchants for EDC machine installations
- Conduct sales presentations demonstrating payment solution benefits
- Coordinate technical teams for seamless EDC deployment
- Provide merchant training on payment systems and transaction processing
- Monitor merchant satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Develop strategies to expand merchant network in Klungkung region
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and installations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales or merchant acquisition
- Strong understanding of payment systems and EDC technology
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical teams
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of local UMKM landscape in Bali preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication
