Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard new UMKMs (small and medium enterprises) for EDC installation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their success
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for EDC systems
- Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Resolve technical issues and concerns merchants may have with their EDC systems
- Develop strategies to increase merchant adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Track and report on merchant success metrics and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, or merchant relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical EDC systems
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Experience working with UMKMs or small businesses is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant CRM and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
