Staffinc Group is looking for a Merchant Success Executive to join our growing team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying potential merchants and facilitating the installation of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminals to streamline their payment processes.
Your primary mission will be to expand our merchant base by visiting local businesses, demonstrating the value of our payment solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. We are seeking an individual with a strong drive to meet sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential new customers (UMKM) within the Pasuruan region to promote EDC services.
- Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate EDC terminal functionality and benefits to business owners.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot EDC hardware and software for new clients.
- Provide comprehensive training to merchants on how to operate the terminals and process payments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing deals and contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure high retention rates.
- Track sales performance and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Fintech, POS, or EDC industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid driving license and own transportation (required for field visits).
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet monthly sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial services, banking, or payment technologies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Pasuruan is a plus.
