Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new UMKM clients for EDC machine installation across Bintan
- Conduct merchant needs assessments to recommend optimal payment solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly acquisition targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key merchant stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration
- Monitor market trends to identify new sales opportunities and competitive insights
- Provide ongoing merchant support and training to maximize solution adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in fintech or payment solutions
- Proven track record in merchant acquisition or UMKM sales
- Deep understanding of Indonesian SME landscape and Bintan market
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
- Familiarity with EDC installation processes and payment technology
