In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales canvassing and merchant relationship management. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services while helping us expand our market presence in the Sumatera Utara region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute proactive sales canvassing activities to identify and acquire new merchant clients in the Humbang Hasundutan area.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing and potential merchants to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to educate new merchants on product features, usage, and value propositions.
- Monitor merchant performance and satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues or feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or merchant success roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for field canvassing duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
