As a Merchant Success Executive, you'll conduct sales canvassing to expand our market presence, understand merchant needs, and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive sales canvassing to identify and engage potential merchants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new merchants
- Understand merchant needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
- Present company products and services to potential clients effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor merchant satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and merchant feedback
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with merchant or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of local market conditions in Pagar Alam and surrounding areas
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
