Your primary goal is to ensure the growth and retention of merchants using the Buku Warung platform. This is not just a sales role; it is a relationship-driven position where you act as a consultant, helping local business owners modernize their bookkeeping, manage payments, and scale their operations effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, onboard, and activate new merchants within the Bengkulu Utara territory to the Buku Warung platform.
- Provide comprehensive product training and demonstrations to ensure merchants fully utilize digital bookkeeping and payment features.
- Maintain regular communication with existing merchants to monitor their health, gather feedback, and ensure long-term retention.
- Analyze merchant transaction data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upsells or feature adoption.
- Conduct daily field visits to merchant locations to build trust and resolve any operational issues on-site.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets related to active merchant growth and transaction volume.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to execute localized promotional campaigns.
- Report field findings and market trends to the management team to help refine product strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the Fintech or FMCG industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse merchant types.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient in using mobile applications and CRM tools.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (SIM C) for daily field activities.
- Deep knowledge of the Bengkulu Utara area and its local business landscape.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
