Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Merchant Success Executive to join our dynamic team in Kerinci, Jambi. In this role, you will be the face of Buku Warung, playing a pivotal part in digitalizing Indonesian MSMEs and ensuring our merchants derive maximum value from our platform.
You will serve as a consultant, educator, and partner to our merchant base. Your daily activities will involve direct field engagement, proactive problem-solving, and driving merchant retention through excellent service. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to onboard and educate merchants on Buku Warung platform features.
- Proactively identify merchant pain points and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for merchant activity, retention, and service quality.
- Provide comprehensive product training to ensure merchants utilize the app to its full potential.
- Collect feedback from the field and relay actionable insights to the product and operations teams.
- Monitor merchant performance metrics and implement strategies to boost their business growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized database of merchant interactions and visit reports.
- Represent the Staffinc Group brand professionally in the local Kerinci market.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or field operations.
- Strong understanding of the local market landscape in Jambi/Kerinci.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse business owners.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and general office software.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for daily field mobility.
- Resilient, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
