Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Buku Warung merchants in Bengkulu

  • Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant financial services
  • Resolve merchant issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant relations, sales, or customer success

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
