Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Merchant Success Executive to join our expanding team in Banjarnegara. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprises) to drive the adoption of electronic payment solutions.
As a Merchant Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the digital transformation of local businesses. You won't just be selling EDC machines; you will be acting as a trusted consultant, helping merchants streamline their transactions, increase their customer base, and manage their business more efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach new potential merchant partners (UMKMs) within the Banjarnegara area.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of EDC machine solutions to business owners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract closing.
- Ensure smooth installation and basic training for merchants on how to operate the EDC equipment.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support to existing merchants.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for EDC machine installations.
- Prepare regular activity reports and feedback to the management team regarding market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in Sales, Direct Marketing, or Field Operations is highly preferred.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid driver's license (SIM C).
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Deep familiarity with the local business landscape in Banjarnegara.
