We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Success Executive to join the Staffinc Group family, specifically supporting the growth of Buku Warung. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our merchant base and ensuring our users achieve their business goals through our platform. You will be the face of our brand, connecting with local businesses and helping them navigate the digital landscape.
Your primary focus will be on field-based merchant acquisition and retention. You will identify potential partners, onboard them onto the Buku Warung ecosystem, and provide the necessary support to foster long-term relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your sales strategies directly impact business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new merchant partners for Buku Warung.
- Onboard merchants and provide comprehensive training on how to utilize the platform effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with existing merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve merchant queries and feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Telecommunication, or Merchant Acquisition.
- Own a valid motorbike and hold an active SIM C driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive, customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
