Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new merchants through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Conduct comprehensive merchant onboarding and platform training
- Monitor merchant performance and provide operational guidance
- Develop strategies to increase merchant transaction volume
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues
- Prepare regular reports on merchant acquisition metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities for existing merchants
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in FMCG, Telecommunication, or Merchant Acquisition sales
- Valid SIM C license and personal motorcycle for field visits
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting targets
- Familiarity with Bengkulu Utara market preferred
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems
