Tanggung Jawab
- Onboard new merchants and facilitate seamless adoption of Buku Warung payment solutions
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships through regular field visits and support
- Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell financial services to existing merchant network
- Resolve merchant inquiries and technical issues promptly to ensure operational continuity
- Monitor merchant transaction patterns and provide actionable insights for business optimization
- Collaborate with product team to gather merchant feedback and enhance service offerings
- Achieve monthly acquisition and retention targets through strategic merchant engagement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, Telecommunication, or Merchant Acquisition
- Valid SIM C license and personal motorcycle for field operations
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with local business landscape in Halmahera region preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and payment systems
