In this role, you will act as the face of Buku Warung, playing a pivotal role in onboarding new merchants, educating them on digital financial solutions, and ensuring their long-term success. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local business owners, helping them streamline their operations, and growing the platform's footprint in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new merchants in the Karo region to adopt the Buku Warung platform.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on training and product education to business owners.
- Monitor merchant activity and ensure high engagement rates with platform features.
- Provide excellent customer support to resolve any merchant issues promptly.
- Collect market feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports and achieve individual acquisition targets consistently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local merchant communities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, retail, or merchant acquisition roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence local business owners.
- Willingness to work in the field (mobile position) and possess a motorcycle with a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Deep understanding of the local market and business culture in Karo, Sumatera Utara.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using smartphone applications and basic digital tools.
