Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for driving digital transformation? Staffinc Group is seeking a dedicated Merchant Success Executive to support Buku Warung in the Sungai Penuh, Jambi area. In this role, you will be the face of our digital ecosystem, helping local business owners modernize their operations and achieve greater financial success through Buku Warung's innovative platform.
You will play a pivotal role in market penetration, relationship management, and ensuring our merchants gain maximum value from our services. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable in the field, thrives on hitting targets, and possesses a strong drive to support the growth of the local MSME (UMKM) sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard new merchants to the Buku Warung platform within the designated territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and ensure high retention rates.
- Educate merchants on the benefits and features of the Buku Warung application to drive active usage.
- Perform regular data reporting regarding merchant activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve merchant queries on the spot.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to merchant acquisition and activation.
- Collaborate with the regional team to implement strategic promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales professional, preferably in FMCG, Telecommunications, or Merchant Acquisition sectors.
- Must possess a personal two-wheeled vehicle (motorcycle) for daily operational mobility.
- Hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse business owners.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Sungai Penuh, Jambi.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
