Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential merchants in designated territories
- Conduct on-site demonstrations of products/services
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships
- Explain value propositions and address merchant concerns
- Document interactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with team to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets
- Provide ongoing merchant support and training
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or customer acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with local market in Halmahera Tengah
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
