Tanggung Jawab
- Actively identify and onboard new merchants across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure merchant satisfaction and success
- Provide product knowledge and support to merchants
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive merchant growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues
- Track and report on merchant performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, Telecommunication, or Merchant Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple merchant relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with local market dynamics in Sekadau, Kalimantan Barat
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
