Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect potential UMKM clients in the Deli Serdang area who would benefit from EDC installation services
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand business operations and recommend appropriate EDC solutions
  • Present and demonstrate EDC system features and benefits to potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful EDC installation and activation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and onboarding of new clients
  • Track and report sales activities, client information, and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product features

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in financial services or technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of payment systems and digital commerce is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects of the Deli Serdang area
