Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new UMKM merchants through systematic canvassing and market research
- Present EDC solutions to potential clients, highlighting cost savings and operational benefits
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent prospecting and conversion activities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to match EDC solutions with merchant requirements
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure seamless installation and onboarding
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to leadership team
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales or canvassing experience in B2B or UMKM sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English beneficial
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Samarinda region
- Knowledge of local business landscape in Kalimantan Timur is advantageous
