Are you a dynamic sales professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Fintech industry? Staffinc Group is seeking a Merchant Success Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our team in Karangasem, Bali. We are dedicated to expanding our network of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminals and need a motivated individual to drive merchant acquisition.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) to introduce our seamless payment solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales agreements. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential merchants (UMKM) in the Karangasem area to install EDC terminals.
- Conduct market research to understand local business needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Present and demonstrate EDC payment solutions to business owners, highlighting benefits and features.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and service terms to secure merchant agreements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely installation and setup of EDC machines.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and customer service to ensure merchant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
- Basic understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems or payment processing is a plus.
- Valid ID card and willingness to work full-time in Karangasem, Bali.
