Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and control architectures to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation systems with production workflows
- Develop and maintain control strategies for biotech manufacturing processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize throughput
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards for manufacturing systems
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust corrective actions
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 5+ years of MES and control systems experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Expertise in MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, SAP) and industrial automation protocols
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC programming, and industrial networking
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with system validation and compliance documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
