- Design, develop, and implement MES solutions tailored to manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define system requirements and specifications
- Integrate MES modules with ERP, SCADA, and quality management systems
- Develop custom workflows, reports, and dashboards for operational insights
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance for maximum uptime
- Document system configurations, procedures, and user training materials
- Stay current with MES technologies and implement industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in MES development or implementation
- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Java, Python) and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 principles
- Experience with MES platforms (Siemens, SAP, GE Digital, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system integration capabilities
- Certification in MES or industrial automation systems preferred
