Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
- Develop process and operation automation systems to enhance production efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
- Ensure MES systems are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Create and maintain technical documentation for MES systems and processes
- Stay updated with emerging MES technologies and recommend improvements
- Train end-users on MES functionality and provide ongoing support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MES implementation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation principles
- Proficiency in MES platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, or similar systems
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
