Mindteck is seeking a talented MES Engineer to drive operational excellence within our manufacturing division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and programming of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring seamless integration with existing industrial infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain MES software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java).
- Design and implement robust data interfaces to connect MES systems with ERP and SCADA platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug MES applications to ensure high system availability and performance in manufacturing settings.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to analyze production workflows and optimize system logic.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validation to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding MES system operations and troubleshooting.
- Document system requirements, architecture, and technical specifications for future maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in MES implementation, programming, or system integration within the manufacturing domain.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus) and manufacturing standards (e.g., ISA-95).
- Experience with database design, data modeling, and API development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
