Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production workflows
- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other industrial automation systems
- Develop and customize MES dashboards for real-time production monitoring and reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using MES data analytics
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions
- Train production teams on MES functionality and best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of MES implementation experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in MES platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial networks
- Experience with SQL database management and data analysis
- Certification in MES or industrial automation (preferred)
- Familiarity with renewable energy manufacturing processes (advantageous)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
