Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document manufacturing business requirements to inform MES system design and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications, workflows, and integration points
- Develop test plans, execute user acceptance testing, and ensure seamless system implementation
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions against business objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, and technical specifications
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and system integration with ERP and other enterprise systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven expertise in MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, SAP MES) and manufacturing processes
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and UML notation
- Familiarity with ERP systems and integration methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business requirements
- Professional certification (CBAP, PMP) is highly desirable
