Join PERSOL as a MES System Application Engineer and become a key player in our manufacturing technology transformation. In this critical role, you'll monitor, support, and maintain our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) model, ensuring seamless operations across product workflows, routing configurations, operational processes, and lot movements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement continuous improvements that drive operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain MES system performance across production workflows
- Support system configurations for products, routes, operations, and lot tracking
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize system functionality
- Document system changes and create operational procedures
- Analyze system data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Train end-users on MES functionalities and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of MES implementation/support experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Experience with MES platforms (SAP MES, FactoryTalk, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
