Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable MES architectures supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations
- Lead technical workshops to gather requirements from production and engineering teams
- Develop system integration roadmaps connecting MES with ERP, SCADA, and IoT platforms
- Define data governance frameworks for real-time production analytics and KPI tracking
- Conduct risk assessments and implement disaster recovery protocols for critical systems
- Document architecture decisions using UML diagrams and technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers on MES best practices and industry standards (e.g., ISA-95)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years' experience in MES/SCADA architecture with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in manufacturing standards including ISA-95, OAGIS, and OPC UA
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and ETL processes
- Certification in TOGAF or enterprise architecture frameworks preferred
- Experience with MES vendors (Siemens, Rockwell, SAP) and custom integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
