Are you a seasoned Messaging Specialist looking for a high-impact contract opportunity in Singapore? Michael Page is partnering with a prestigious client in the Central Region to identify a technically proficient Messaging Expert. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade messaging solutions, ensuring seamless communication flow and robust infrastructure performance.
You will play a critical role in managing large-scale messaging environments, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and enhancing system reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain robust enterprise messaging infrastructure to support business-critical communications.
- Lead the migration and optimization of messaging platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
- Configure and manage email security gateways, anti-spam, and anti-malware solutions to ensure organizational data protection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical incidents.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify bottlenecks or potential security vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding messaging best practices and platform upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise messaging environments (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, O365, Postfix, or cloud-native messaging solutions).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for process automation.
- In-depth understanding of protocols including SMTP, IMAP, POP3, DNS, and TLS/SSL.
- Demonstrated experience with hybrid cloud messaging deployments and security compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
