Astra Otoparts, a leading global automotive component manufacturer, is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Messenger / Sales Field Officer to join our expanding team in Serang. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively scout and identify new potential retail outlets to expand the Astra Otoparts distribution network.
- Effectively present and promote the comprehensive range of AOP automotive products to shop owners and managers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to successful product placement.
- Conduct regular visits to existing clients to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Perform timely debt collection and payment processing in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and daily activity logs to track market penetration in the Serang area.
- Provide feedback from the field to the sales management team regarding competitor activities and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in Field Sales, Merchandising, or as a Messenger is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry in the Serang and Banten region.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a reliable motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and professionalism during collection and sales activities.
