Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive metallurgical analysis and failure investigations on precision automotive components.
- Develop and optimize metal alloys and material formulations to enhance component performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal quality standards and automotive industry specifications (e.g., ISO/TS 16949).
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot material defects and improve manufacturing processes.
- Perform material characterization using advanced testing equipment such as SEM, DSC, and hardness testers.
- Document test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate material traceability records.
- Assist in the qualification of new raw materials and supplier audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in metallurgy, materials engineering, or precision manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of heat treatment processes, metallography, and material properties.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication skills are essential.
