Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and optimize daily metallurgical processes to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct laboratory testing, chemical analysis, and physical evaluations of raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to reduce costs and enhance operational safety.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (HSE) and environmental regulations during all operations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
- Train junior engineers and technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar metallurgical or industrial manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of material properties, heat treatment, and quality control systems.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical charts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Valid Indonesian ID card (KTP) and willingness to work in Halmahera.
