Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize steelmaking processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality
- Conduct metallurgical analysis and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Develop and implement process improvements for slag handling, refractory management, and alloy composition
- Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate steelmaking technologies and methodologies
- Monitor and troubleshoot furnace operations, ladle metallurgy, and continuous casting processes
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, ASTM) and safety regulations
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for process validation and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in steelmaking or metallurgical production environments
- Strong knowledge of blast furnace, EAF, or ladle furnace operations
- Proficiency in metallurgical analysis techniques (SEM, XRD, optical microscopy)
- Experience with process optimization and quality control methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical data and implement corrective actions
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
